David Berner has been writing professionally since 1996 during his first term at the University of Washington. Having been inspired by the classics of mythology and folklore, he took pen to paper and started writing his own works of fiction, inspired by the works of Geoffrey Chaucer, Marie de France, Dante Alighieri, John Milton, amongst others in the panoply of greats authors. Rogue Moon is an independent book publishing company that David Berner started to house his own works that lay in the genres of fantasy, folklore, mythology, and poetry. With the intent to establish a place to simply tell a story, Rogue Moon is a library of works meant to fascinate and instill a nostalgia and love for the sort of story that has been told at countless firesides.
